The new Rubric Apartments in Whetstone is an impressive development of forty-one luxury apartments of varying sizes from 1 bed up to 3 beds. These apartments offer comfortable living space as wells as providing space for commercial needs and secure underground carpark.

The apartments were designed with modern living in mind, featuring high spec fitouts in all areas including kitchens, living space and bathrooms.

Located in Whetstone, north-west London, these apartments are ideally situated for easy commuting into London and many other cities.

As part of this development, Regal Balustrades were contracted to supply and install a bespoke Architectural balustrade on the parapet walls, arounds the terraces and also fit privacy screens between apartments.

As per clients requirements, the bespoke balustrading was powder coated in a dark green – RAL 6014 to match with the building design and compliment the high quality, luxury accommodation that these apartments offer.

With specific design requirements, Regal worked closely with GM developments to deliver a representation to the architects design intent showcasing the ability to be flexible in our approach to design concepts and turn them into reality.

Regal provided the complete solution – from initial concept stage, to providing full detailed drawings, manufacturing of the balustrade, and installing, resulting in an easy, hassle-free experience for the client.
