These apartments have been carefully considered to appeal to the design conscious clients and are well specified to offer affordable luxury especially with the beautiful external terraces with a far-reaching vista.

To meet the clients design expectations, Regal Balustrades were contracted to provide stylish, high quality balustrades around the external terraces & internal staircases.

Over 125m of RECALA^® Stainless Steel balustrade with frosted glass infill was fitted to the external terraces on the building, making these safe and maintaining an element of privacy for the residents without obstructing the views.

A further 180m RECALA^® Stainless steel balustrade was fitted to the internal staircases for safe access to the apartments.

28 Juliet Balconies were also fitted to the apartment block helping meet the design expectations and several privacy screens between apartments also.
