With a change of use, the Parkview offices in Brentford were successfully converted into 258 new apartments in a £30 million contract to the contractor. With over 529m of new balustrade, privacy screens and over 118m of alteration works to existing balustrade, these works were completed on time and to the same standard we would expect on a smaller project.

This ideal location offers quick links into Central London, a short drive to the stunning Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew or a stroll to the nearby Brentford Community Stadium.
